H1b transfer and International Travel
I am working for Company A at the moment.
Will be joining Company B next month and they are ready to file for my H1B transfer.
Can I let Company B file for my transfer and then make an international trip while the H1b is under process? - Because Company B insists that they file after I return from the international travel and not before.
Anybody know about this ? thanks much
