H1B premium processing

Just to let some of you know and a little question.
We sent all documents to INS for H1B premium processing by overnight delivery.
However, my employer received a receipt after a week, that they have the documents
and they are about to start. In two days, we had an approval notice. (Lucky me!!!).
Does somebody know how long does it take to get the I-797 form by mail. (We have not
used any attorney for this process).
