H1B Fee
Hello,
I have a question regarding the H1B filing fee. Is it ok for a employee to
cover the filing fee? Or this has to be always paid by the employer? how
about the premium processing fee? This is the same case?

The fees are supposed to be paid by the employer. In the case of the the
$1000 training fee, this is an absolute requirement, for the other fees
(the H-1B fee and the premium processing fee), it's a "should" rule. In
fact, INS will usually deny H-1Bs if the fees are paid with personal
cheques.
