H1B Approval Notice without Consulate Name

Hi everybody,
My girlfriend recently received her H1B approval notice but no Consulate Name were
specified. She applied for her H1B in the U.S. while being under a J1 visa, so that
might be the reason why. When I applied for my H1B, I was still leaving in France, so
the Consulate Name was "Paris".
We will be going back to France in a month, and she will apply for a H1B at the U.S.
consulate in Paris at this time. We wouldn't like to miss our plane on the way back,
so any information on how we could check that the U.S. consulate in Paris will have
her H1B visa ready would be appreciated.
