H1-B Pending case 221(g)-6
Hi there,
I am Hitesh Patel from INDIA.
I had given interview of H1-B in Feb, 21st 2003 at Mumbai Consulate.
I was denied at that time as Consulate officer had given a letter to me AND
he himself had stated in to letter that "We do have some queries for your company. Once we read a response. We will contact you".
It has been long time. Meanwhile before 2 months I came to know by Mumbai consulte that my pending case is reached back to US where my employer filed for me (VERMONT BCIS). I also sent 2 letters to BCIS. They haven't contacted to me yet.
Can anybody advise to me which next step should I take to get solved my pending case?
I will be greatly appreciated to be have your assistance.
