Hello All,

I am on a H1-B visa and I changed from employer A to employer B and travelled to home
country and returned back and at the port of entry in the US got a I-94 card for
employer B (Valid till 2003). Now, I was laidoff by employer B and want to join my
previous employer A and my visa through employer A is expiring on 3rd November 2001.

Can I file an extension using my previous employer's (A) H1. By doing so will the
I-94 that I got at the port of entry using employer B's H1 cause problems ?
Please advise.

Thanks.

Sridhar.
