Address change..

We finally got our I-129 Fiance Visa Petition sent off.. Now I have to move.. How do
I notify them of the change of address? And is that going to delay things? I HOPE
not!! Please let me know!! Waiting in Florida and the UK, Lynn & Roger

The change of address form is the AR-11. You can get one at any US Post Office,
there is no fee with this form and the address to send it is printed on it. I would
suggest a follow up letter to your local INS office where your A file is located (in
case it has to be transferred to the office nearest your new location) Take note
that INS law requires you to file this form within 10 dais of any permanent move
until you obtain US citizenship. Although i have never seen that law enforced, I
would imagine that many obscure INS laws will be coming into play considering the
national circumstances now. I have also added a link below where you can download
the form AR-11 should you desire.
