H-2B changes
All you H-2B watchers, here's some good news!!!
The USCIS has proposed some interesting changes to the H-2B program which will make getting an H-2B relatively easier. This is only a proposal. Lets hope things move in the right direction and these changes are enforced. BUT, this proposal doesn't talk about increasing the H-2B cap.
