So in simple terms what does this now mean.

I have just recieved a definite job offer in the states from a UK compmay.
When will they have to submit an application to try and get me a visa so as i can try to get relocated there in 2010.

Or am i too late to even be considered for 2010 ?

They may go for a different visa ..or wait and file next April for a H1B
