Hi all
I am a permanent resident staying outside the USA.
I have questions regarding the Guam.
Does INS condider staing in Guam is Staying in the USA.? or Entering Guam is
entering the USA.
If a green card holder apply for US citizen and in previous 5 years, he stay in Guam
3 years and staying outside for 2 years. During 2 years, he visit Guam once a 4-5
months, then is he eligible for the application on his citizenship?
