Please help. We just gathered all paperwork for the marriage-based interview in two
weeks and discovered, that both my childs and my I-94 is gone!!! We have copies and
of course the stamps in our passports. What can I do??? Will they deny us now? Thanks
for your fast response. Irena

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have a copy you will be fine - my husband and I
forgot to make a copy of his I-94 and it was removed when we traveled - but the agent
never asked to see it. The only thing they were concerned with was our current
income, and that we were happily married. Take Care. Shelley
