Dear "immigration" Guru's"
I have bin reading up on the greencard lottery and would like to participate
this time,
BUT: i read that one needs a high school diploma to qualify... but i will only
graduate at the end of June,
say i win a greencard
would i be disqualified beacause won't have my highschool diploma in March or would i
only receive the message i won in say August ?
Thanks a bunch and good luck to all the people of the USA in these difficult times.

I believe you would not need your high school diploma until you win (if you win).
It's a "public charge" thing, the state dept and INS does not want you coming to
America to live off welfare, to put it bluntly.
