If you mean you want to petition for her- no! Green card holders can't
petition for their parents. Only spouses and children are eligible to be
petitioned by an LPR.
If you just want your mom to visit you in the US-- sure, as long as she can
get a visa.

Get her with tourist visa (B-1). Inside, you can renew for another 6
months. During that time, if you become a citizen, you can file for
petition for her but be careful and know these facts.
- I have a friend, who filed for a petition for his mom while she's
in her country. As a result, she can't get torusit via to come to US
while waiting for her immigrant visa. But that process won't take too
long but just that all the children were in US and she got left alone
there. If they knew, they would have got her inside US first and then
filed the petition for her.
But, from this ng, I read people being able to bring their parents
with B-1 while after the petitions have been filed for the parents. It
seems that consular was flexible.
- If your mom stayed inside US after her visa tourist visa expriation
(say after renewal iside) while waiting for her immigrant visa after
you filed petition for her, and then leave US, she will be banned for
3 years before she can enter again.
So if she doesn't want to be stuck here while waiting for immigrant
visa, don't get out of status. Just go back and get another tourist
visa and come back in. In fact when the immigrant visa becomes
available, if you want to do consular processing, she can go out US,
get consular processing and enter with immigrant visa.
If she is old and travelling on airplane is hard on her, I'd say
getting out of status is preferrable. She can do Adjustment of status,
I believe.

Don't be daft. Parents cannot marry their children. It is illegal in every
single country. Not recognized. Therefore no green card sponsorship.

Don't be so uptight it was merely a joke.
