''US wife(in USA) of UK husband(in UK) filed I-130 petition in October 08.
Invoiced and paid $70. AOS fee in March 09... Payment receipt showing “Paid” as of March 08.
Invoiced and paid $400. IV fee in April 09... Payment receipt showing “Paid” as of April 08.
I have been waiting for NVC to send me something telling me to send in the next set of papers for AOS or the IV application. I have recieved nothing in the mail or online as such.''
I'm having the same problem as this. It's not very clear how to proceed at this point. I have the relevant information ready to go. My question is do I need to wait for them to send notice or is the PAID status enough?
