Getting L1 visa via my own company
I'm the majority shareholder in my own company with 3 other partners, company is in the UK and trading for 2 financial years now. We are also financially doing OK
The US is a big market for us although mostly for personal reasons I want to move to the US (hopefully LA).
Can we start a new company in US and can I get L1 visa for it? If so what are the best practices? Any recommendations of an attorney?
P.S. I'm not on P60 any more as I recently moved out from the UK and am currently in Caribbean and living off of my dividends.

Are you intending working in the US?
Maybe an EB5 would be the way to go.

EB5 requires "$500,000" which we don't have

Do I need to be getting salary from my company for at least 1 year? (or is it enough to be a director) ?

Now all I need to figure out is how we can actually start a new company in US and how much will it cost to us. Any information on this subject or a link is much appreciated and thanks a lot for the answers.

Google the state you intend to set up in...each state is different and has different regulations on setting up a business.
