Hi,
I am asking a question for a friend of mine:
He is American Citizen and he is applying for his sister's permanent resident
from China.
He asked a local friend of him to fill out the form but his friend made a mistake on
his sister's first name as her husband's name as the American custom. So in this way,
his sister -- the Beneficiary has her real name on her passport and has another name
(first name on her husband's family name).
What shall he do to modify the name on the forms to INS?
