Form 230 Part II?

When do I receive Form 230 Part II and what is it? I received Packet 3 a while ago
and it did not contain Form 230 Part II. It was not listed as one of the enclosures.

You will recieve that from the consulate after you hand in OF 230 Part 1.
It is the visa application. The header to this form reads:
Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration
Someone correct me if I am wrong, about when this is recieved.
It seems like a life time ago for something that we did only just a couple of
months back.

That I most definitely am unable to answer. My husband took his packet directly to
the consulate, and thats where they gave him his interview and medical date along
with his paperwork.

Is this sent with the letter scheduling the interview or is this sent beforehand?

Maybe you'll get it in Packet 4, maybe you'll get it at the interview, maybe you won't get it at all. Not all consulates use the OF-230 Part II.
