First time travel on L2 visa issued 7 months ago

Hi,

My wife daughter and I are over in California on L visa's

My step son also has a visa but chose to stay in the UK when we moved over

He is coming over to visit us on Saturday, I just had a thought that he might have issues having not entered the country on the visa yet.

I'm thinking as the visa is valid he will have no problems but just wanted to post quickly and make sure I'm right as I know when it comes to this sort of things it isn't always as straight forward as you think!!

Step-sons expires 4th Oct 2010 (day before he hits 21)
