finger print rejected

Hopfully, someone has some info to share with me...
I called the FBI laison office to check my finger print status, they told me it was
received on 3/16 and checked on 3/16 and return to INS on 3/16.
But I have a problem now, the FBI laison officer said that my finger print was
actually rejected because it wasn't cleared enough..
On my finger print notice from INS, I was allowed to take the finger print for 7 days
following 3/13...
What do I do now, can I go take another finger print? since today is still within
the 7 days..
I called my attorney, and the paralegal said to wait for the next notice from INS
Does anybody has any info to share....
