Failure to keep track of previous addresses with Immigration
I've forgotten witch address I last used with immigration. I realize that as
a LPR, every change of address must be registered with Immigration. I'm now
back at my parents home but don't think that address is still on record as
current. Any ideas will be appreciated.

You're required to submit an AR-11 form within 10 days of changing
address. Failure to do so is a misdemeanor which makes you liable to a
fine, imprisonment, and deportation. They rarely take any action on
this unless they're looking for an excuse to get rid of you. I'd get
the form filed as soon as you can; send it by certified mail, and keep
a copy of the form and the receipt.

Perhaps you have submitted them in the past, just forgotten.
Re submit and keep a copy this time.
