My F1 Visa Stamp is expired, but my I20 is valid (until August 31st, 2002). I'm
graduating by the end of the summer, but I need to go to Vienna for a conference in
July (my home country is Venezuela), in order of preference (I want to minimize time
and money) my options are:

1) Renew the visa stamp in Vienna
2) Renew the visa stamp in Canada/Mexico
3) Renew the visa stamp in Venezuela

I'm also applying for Post Completion Practical Training.

My questions are: what are the chances of being denied a visa if I apply in Vienna,
what about Canada or Mexico? Would apply for PCPT reduce the chances of getting
approved? Are there any other options for renewing an F-1?
