Expiration of Forms.

Expiration of Forms.
On the I485 and I765 forms, the expiration dates in the top right hand corner of the form read 9/30/08 and 8/31/08 respectively.
Is this a problem? According to the USCIS website these are the only ones posted and available for download?!

The "OMB" dates mean nothing. You look at the bottom right hand corner -- also, look for the "Y" or "N" on whether or not you can use prior edititions.
