This whole thread stinks. I think you're trying to emigrate from the UK, under the premise of taking a vacation. I think that's what US Immigration thinks too.

If you need a holiday location that doesn't need a visa, you have all of Europe and much of the rest of the world.
Then stay out it. What's your problem guy?

I go to the usa to chill with hot girls there, what can I say? I have no intentions of living there, and if I wanted to I'd just marry someone..problem solved. No, I want to go there with my friends and party because quite frankly Los Angeles is party central, period and it does not compare to anywhere else in the world, period. You don't know me. If I was that serious about emigrating to the USA I'd take measures to make sure I could do it, visa or not but the fact remains that that is not my intentions and I really wouldn't be asking people here...I'd just do it. You have bad judgement skills.

Haha! I have bad judgment skills? I'm not the one who can't gain entry to the US to chill with hot girls in party central.

You say you don't want to live in the US, but you also said you spent 50% of the past 4 years here. That's called living here. By abusing the VWP. That's why you can't get into the country anymore. It's not rocket science.

So you want to know if Canada is good for hot girls, party central and... well, it certainly doesn't have Los Angeles.

Try Ibiza.

Ibiza sucks...have you seen the quality of women there?

I spent 50% of my time there because I had a girl there and a lot of cash. Sure that's abusing the vwp I'm not stupid, I realize that. I can't get in the country anymore because Newark wrongly advised me and I applied for the b-2, poor choices on my part.

Regardless, I'll get back there eventually. Thanks for your valuable input.

What makes you think the IOs at Newark gave you bad advice?

Well from reading what others have said here really, like don't land in Newark everytime or wait some time between visiting.

I landed in Newark dozens of times before moving here and never had a problem. My husband flew into Newark almost every other week for the best part of 2 years.

IMO your card was already marked...whether you entered at Newark or LA.

You have no money...although you have stayed for 50% of 4 years in the US. You live with your parents...you have no job. Look at it from the IOs perspective...how are you funding your visit and why are you spending so much time here? You've just said you come here to party at party central LA...well that costs money. It looks as if you want to live here...and may even be working when you are here. I'm not saying that is true but that's what it probably looks like to IOs.

So, you say you had loads of cash, but don't currently, but can rustle some up in short order - how does that work exactly? Parents? I'm guessing you're around 24.

I want to lay my hands on some cash, hence the interest.

I liked LA but didn't think much of the beaches or the plastic tits. Still beats the shit out of Newark.

That's now though. Before when I was there I was making 100k a year so the money was not an issue with these guys (at least I don't think it was). When I applied I should a substantial amount of money in my bank, ties to the UK and other crap they requested. I was just saying about applying for b-2 now...in the current situation I am in wouldn't look very good.

I worked online, that's probably what made them think. Now I stopped working online to pursue something different.

I can make lots online if I focus, but I am not about that anymore...I'm more about being creative and doing something that I actually enjoy. Money isn't everything, I realized that when I made a ton of it..it just made me unhappy.

I don't suppose you did any of your online business while you were in the US did you?
