Employment-based I-485
Folks,
[1] Once an employment-based I-485 is approved, are there any
conditions attached? (Stay with the same employer, do the same or
similar job, stay in the same county, or anything else...)
[2] Does change of a job within the sponsoring employer's organization
(e.g. change of duties, transfer, promotion, or similar...) affect an
employment-based I-485 pending for over 180 days?
Cheers

Yes and no. You can do whatever you want, as long as you can show that you
had the intention to work for the original employer in the original job.
And of course if you changed jobs after 180 days, that becomes moot
anyway.

Possibly, depending on the nature of the change. As long as you remain in
the same "field" it shouldn't be a problem, but unfortunately that term
has not been defined well.
