EB5 Interview Tomorrow
Hi,
So the day has finally arrived! Tomorrow is our immigrant visa interview in London. We are quite excited but feeling slightly nervous! Hoping all goes smoothly!
We plan to arrive at 7am with bags of treats for the children......
Any pointers or tips?

Re: EB5 Interview Tomorrow
So.......after a very early start, we were seen at the first window at 8:05am.
Everything was going smoothly until we were asked if we had applied for our Dutch Police Clearance Certificates?? (We had lived in Holland from 1996-2000) We had not personally applied as this is to be done by the NVC/Processing Embassy.
The man at the first window told us that the Clearance Certificate had not been requested, he then sent an email to the U.S. Consulate General in Amsterdam right then requesting it.
The Officer at the second window was lovely and said that everything is in order but until they have the clearance they cannot issue the visa.
We were told prior to our interview that this had been requested by the NVC and the Clearance would be sent straight to the US Embassy in London.
Our solicitor had also twice requested that the US Embassy in London request the Clearance.
So long story short - our visa was "approved" but not issued. Our passports were kept by the embassy and as soon as they have the Clearance Certificates they will issue the visas.
So we are looking at a 2-3 week delay! This is so frustrating!
