Hopefully those of us in the Marriot project will be ok as the lease has already been signed. Not a lot we can do about it now apart from pray!!

The US immigration asked for the removal of clause from Am Life contract regarding refund if green card application was not successful. This means that we are at even more at risk if the required no of direct/indirect jobs requirements are not met! I hope I am wrong.

We have ours scheduled for Feb. 13 at the Embassy in Montreal. Have you had yours yet?

It went really well. The whole process only took about 2 hours which was a surprise because we had not sent any of our documents to NVC before hand. They did all the paperwork at our interview.

Congratulations!! So pleased to hear that all went well. We have heard that a fair few here in London have struggled and cases suspended. We have got ours next weds. so hoping ours might go as smoothly as yours!!
