EAD What I should do...now?
Hi everyone !!!
I hope someone can help me to resolve my problem .
I was waiting for me EAD card over 90 days so after this time was over I
went to INS local office and asked them what going on with my EAD card I
got answer it's gone be 90 working days. So I left local office without my
card .
Meantime I visited my husband family in California. When I was away I got
letter which was sent to me from my layer called me for appointment on
Tuesday afternoon but I came back late evening the same day .
I already had sent priority mail; letter informed that I won't be able to
came and pick up my card .
Should I wait next few weeks for letter called me for appointment or just go
to local INS and maybe get my EAD .
I submit my application 8/14/2002.

I would take the letter and go to the INS Office (Hartford isn't it) and bring your boarding passes from your trip. Explain that you were away and did not get the letter until after the appointment date.
You have nothing to lose by going but a few hours of a day.
