E Mail Contact
After giving up telephoning the Vermont SC, i am looking for an e mail address for them regarding questions about a 129f application that is with them, does anyone have such an address, or is this not an option.

I only know of the CSC system for Division XII. However, you've got to do the initial fax inquiry to the appropriate division first -- and since they set up that system, I haven't had to use the e-mail not even once.
Go figure.
I don't know about VSC.
