The new requiremnt for DV-2003 is to include your spouse and your/their children
pictures and names on the application. Does this matter if they are not immigrating
with you. I am not an american citizen but my husband is.

Does being married to an american disqualify me from participating in the DV lottery?
(I would like to have a green card - but for personal reasons I do not wish to go
through the family immigration)

If I am still qualified for DV lottery, do I have to include the picture of my
husband and his children (my step-children, all native-born americans, all over
21y.o.) on my DV-2003 lottery application?
