DV-2003 EU
Quick question for the experts in the newsgroup: (Ingo, please respond)
What is the chance to get to an interview with a case number of 2003EU00027000? My
analysis of previous years shows a probability of about 50% and an interview, if any,
in September. Anybody care to comment on this?
I would also be very interested to get the results for DV-2003 for Europe. Since I
don't think they have been released yet -- people with higher case numbers for
Europe, please post. Right now the case number that I got seems to be the highest
confirmed one.
-=Ace=-
P.S. BTW what happened in DV-2000? Why were 41k people selected from Europe and
less than 21k interviewed? (final cut-off number for EU 21k).

Re: DV-2003 EU
Someone posted this on another forum (see below mentioned location). If it's true,
they sent a NL on May 28, case no. EU 33xxx.

Good luck. Codrut.

Re: DV-2003 EU
You have chance - in Bulgaria there are numbers over 30000. Do you know approximately
the number of EU selectees for DV2003?
Good luck!

Re: DV-2003 EU
33k so far, the final number will probably be higher when it becomes available.

Re: DV-2003 EU
An update for DV 2002 cut off numbers:
August: AFRICA: AF 33,250 August: ASIA: AS 16,700 August: EUROPE: CURRENT (meaning
all numbers are eligible for an interview) August: NORTH AMERICA (BAHAMAS): CURRENT
August: OCEANIA: CURRENT August: SOUTH AMERICA, and the CARIBBEAN:CURRENT
Also the United States Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs: VISA BULLETIN
has been released, which contains information regarding the remaining cut off numbers
regarding the DV 2002.
Plus another visa bulletin headed: For Immediate Release June 18, 2002 MEDIA NOTICE
RESULTS OF THE DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA LOTTERY (DV-2003)
http://travel.state.gov/DV-2003results.html
You may get an interview roughly by August 2003 IF the case number patterns are
similar as the DV 2002. But who knows.
Best of luck!
