dv-2002 winner, rank number issue

Hi all,
I'm a Dv-2002 winner from Europe. My case/rank number is around 14000. Since I live
in the US, I applied for AOS. From the visa bulletin, I see that the current rank
number for Europe is around 6000, going at a rate ~700 numbers per month. This means
it will reach about 11000 by September, hence it won't get to me. Does this mean I
probably won't have a chnace to be interviewed, thus no gc?
