DV-2002: AOS in SJ, CA

Hello, everyone
We're currently on H1/H4 in CA and my wife won in DV-2002, so we're thinking whether
to do AOS or proceed with KCC. Has anyone got live experience with INS in San Jose,
CA? How fast do they do this? Our number is 14***.
