DS-3032 what to do with it..
I am prtitioner of my parents green card. My petition was approved and
i got mail from NVC asking my to pay some fee. They aslo send my the
the from DS-3032. BUT it says only applicant can fill out this form..!!
THAN WHY ARE THEY SENDING ME THIS FORM? AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ANYTHING
WITH THIS FORM?
Please help....

Hi there,
Your parents should get the same form at the address you wrote for them in
your petition. If not, you could always mail the form to them. In any case
the form then has to end up back in the United States at the NVC.
