Do I Need to Fill out Two sets of Forms ??
Hello All,
Another question from me, thank you for your time and Help
On the Form I-130 it asks for Biographic Information and an Affidavit
Of Support. Its also asks for the above forms for my I-485. Do I need
to Fill Out Two sets of the above forms and Get the Affidavit of
Support Notarized Twice and if I have to have two sets will
photocopies do so I don't have to get two sets of Affidavit of Support
Notarized
Its probably a Silly Question but I wont rest easy until I know for
sure.
My wife is Petitioning for a Green Card for me, while I'm living here
in Florida and we married while I was in Florida as a Visitor.

You may want to look up to see if there is a low cost legal service agency such as Catholic Charities operating an Immigration Clinic in your area. I think someone mentioned that they operate in the Miami area. I know that here in L.A., the Los Angeles County Bar Association operates a Legal Assistance Clinic in the Federal Building.
Your case sounds pretty straigtfoward but the forms are throwing you for a loop -- its time to get some assistance!

area there is none that can help us , I think Im doing okay with the
forms so far , its just that ive been looking at them for so long Im
Questioning everything too much especially with the Affidavit of
Support , We have so much at stake with our baby due in March that im
really worried and stressing about the petition that I cant think
straight. Money is a big issue with us at the moment , especially with
me now working , so laywers are a big no go at the moment. So any help
from yourself with my questions would be of great help.

The baby isn't even here yet and you're stressing. You ain't seen nothing yet! I've got two babies, now ages 19 and 22 years old. The older one is coming home on the 25th for three weeks. Relax, man!
Look in the phone book under "Legal Aid" or "Legal Aid Society". They will probably NOT be able to assist you directly due to restrictions on their funding -- but Legal Assistance people tend to know other people in the field and even though they may not be able to help you, they just might be able to guide you to the people who can!
Also, accept the fact you will make a mistake -- it will either be no problem or INS will tell you how to fix it.

Thanks Guys for all your help , I think Were all set now , have all
the Info for the Affidavit of support , Just found my FIL's Full 1999
Tax returns with W2's which is really cool I was missing the W2. It
was this part of the Process which really got to me and had me
doubting our petition and the way I prepared it.
Now I know what to do with the Affidavit Of Support with my Wife and
my FIL as Co-sponser , thanks to people who helped me on this Group.

Thanks Guys for all your help , I think Were all set now , have all
the Info for the Affidavit of support , Just found my FIL's Full 1999
