My initial reaction was "Yah...right!" but I guess that's the PC way of walking the fine line.

2) USCIS does not share information about the records match or the nature or status of any investigation with applicants or their representatives.
So, when someone tries to find out what's going on, they're really not going to get any information at all. I've got to wonder then why they bother at all? I wonder if an FOIA inquiry can overcome this?
