Has anyone had a good experience with the American Consulate in Havana? I have only heard
bad experiences about the interviews there and am now getting very nervous. If someone has
a fiance who recieved a visa from there please let me know about it. Thanks ML

Hello, I have not had the expirence yet, but am about to on friday the 2 of Feb. 2001, I
am hoping to return with good news and my fiancee, i will keep you posted. By the way the
Havana consulate has been nothing but nice to me and my fiance, so don't listen to too
much rumor, he packet was lost in the mail and i was allowed to fax the I-797 approval
notice and she was able to get a duplicate and I requested a interview date , simply by
suppling my US Passport number, so relax I am sure it will all work out take care JAT
