i need to rewnew my h1b visa in state department and i am worried sick about a dui
that i got2 years ago. was amisdemeanor first offense. paid the fine got community
service and first offender class. checked 212(a) section and tha appears to clear me
as i understand in california dui is not a crime of moral turpitude i am writing a
statement to state department expalining the facts the judge even removed my
probabtion due to good cause other than this once instance i have done nothing ever.
can the state department rule me ineligible under 212(a) i have recently recceived a
h1 petion approved for 3 years more but my visa expires,so i need to rewnew the visa
can they cancel my h1 visa approval and/or deny my visa stamp in st louis
