Default Conditional Permanent Resident Status- worker

Is anyone familiar with a condition placed on a permanent resident for
2 years without filing via a marriage? For instance through employment
under an old act, now grandfathered in, that was an option in 2003?

Can you send me information or to a website where I can read about it?
