co-sponser question
I have a friend of mine tha tis going to help me sponser for the visa process. He was
in the military ( air force) for 6 years but is no longer active in it. I do not know
if he receives any benefits from this but on the income requirments, does he use the
100% poverty guidelines or the 125% guidelines. I think he does receive benefits from
the military but i am not sure about this. Can someone please advise. Oh and I am the
US citizen sponsering and using the I134.
