Default CIMT yes or no

I am sure these questions have be asked many times before (I apologise), and only the courts of the US know the exact answer, but any advice would be appreciated.

1. Threatening words & or behaviour
2. Violent Disorder
3. Affray

I have read the list of CIMT's on a US Government website, and they do not appear but I was wondering if they might be worded different

Thanks

I seriously doubt it... since there is no exact answer.

The definition of CIMT is deliberately vague so that immigration officers can have the widest possible latitude when doing their job - which is, by the way, to keep non-US citizens out of the US.

Without context, the issues you mention may or may not be CIMTs. So, here's a hint: If you want good information, give good information.

I have these 3 convictions on my ACPO and I am attending an interview in 2 weeks for a B-2 Tourist Visa, I am a little worried that I will be unable to travel to the US.

1. Threatening words & or behaviour ( I was given a £300 fine)
2. Violent Disorder (4 months imprisonment) 1 month served & 1 month tagging
3. Affray (4 months imprisonment) 1 month served & 1 month tagging

All the above were convictions between 1997-2000 for Football Violence 13 years ago

I'm not sure how the US will view these particular offences from the perspective of CIMT but I very much doubt they will amount to you being unable to travel. Either the visa will be granted or, in the event that it's denied, you'll almost certainly be recommended for a waiver of ineligibility.
