Default Change from visitors visa to L2

My fiancée has a visitor's visa, I have an L1 VISA. We are planning to get married
soon and then file for her L2 about 3 months after our wedding. The question I have
is; If she enters the states with a visitor's visa and then applies to change from a
visitor's visa to an L2 will it cause any problems with the INS

It will probably be OK. L2 is still non-immigrant so it is just change of status.
Make sure it's a true visitor's visa and not a visa waiver though. Also, next time
she leaves the US she will need to get a proper L-2 visa before re-entering.

Andy.
