change of address questions

I presently have an I485 adjustment of status pending based on I130 spouse petition.
Originally I lived in TN and filed with Memphis sub-office. The original application
was sent at the end of february, I received EAD in June, and also had a
fingerprinting appointment in July. The situation is complicated by the fact that my
family and I moved to the Wisconsin area in August. We filed the necessary I865 to
notify change of address for I864 sponsor, and I also wrote a letter to the memphis
INS informing them of the change of address in accordance with their instructions on
the INS website.
I have a few questions, and your responses to any or all is much appreciated:
i) How soon after fingerprinting is the AOS interview
usually scheduled (any memphis experiences)?
ii) Is there anyway I can verify that the change of address took place? Should I
contact the memphis office or the milwaukee office with inquiries, and how
should I do this, in writing, telephone, e-mail?. I know others have had
problems with INS updating addresses, and I am quite concerned.
iii) Does the INS respond with an acknowledgment to the change of address?
iv) When you move to within the jurisdiction of another office, does your case and
files get transferred to that office -- I assume the answer here is yes so that
one wouldn't have to travel long distances for appointments.
v) If I needed to submit a new form, say apply for advanced parole,
do I just send forms to the new sub-office (milwaukee).
Your help is greatly appreciated,
dorian.

You definitely need to follow up with your new local office and see if they ever got
that file. chances are they may not have. Memphis is not known for recording change
of address very reliably. Perhaps the new office can request the file if memphis has
not sent it. AOS times are varying at this point, it seems that they are doing many
interviews early and many time before the fingerprinting is done, even. Alvena
