Hi All,

Question about immigration through marriage here. I am getting married
to a
woman from Mexico in June. She is here with no papers, no visa, no nothing.
We have been together for over two years now. I have been told by someone
that the only way to improve her situation here is to bring her back to Mexico
and persue a k1(fiance visa) from there. Does any one know of anything I can
do to help the situation here? We plan on getting married reguardless of the
outcome, I don't think anything can prevent us from getting married. I have
to belive there is a way to get her a visa without bringing her over the
border? Please HELP!!!!

was she inspected when she came across the border, or did she enter illegally? Makes a big difference

The K visa doesn't take that long. She should return to Mexico and re-enter
with a K visa. See the K visa FAQ:
