Can I leave the contry while my I140 is being processed???? Please help

You can always leave. Coming back is the hard part. However, the pendency of an I-140
is not a bar to entry to the U.S. on an H-1B, H-4 or L visa. However, if you try to
return on another visa you may be refused entry on the grounds that you are an
intending immigrant.
