Hi, Can anyone tell me if i can apply for citizenship before receiving approval on my
I751? I've been a resident for almost two years. My conditional residency has not
been removed.

Yes, you can apply after you have been a resident and married to a US citizen for 3
years. If married and living with the US citizen at the time of gaining residency,
then you can file 90 days earlier. (You can take 90 days off the residency
requirement, but you would have to have been married and living together. It is in
the Guide to Immigration)

Thanks for your replies. If i can file for N400 before getting I751 approved,
then how exactly does it work? File for N400 and then they'll wait until I get my
I751 approved?

The INS service centers have created their own procedures. VSC and CSC have said
they'll complete the I-751 processing as part of the N-400; the other service centers
either haven't had this problem or I haven't seen their procedures published.
