Can a H2B holder apply for adjustment of status?
My husband is here with an H2B - can I (a us citizen) apply for him to
adjust status for him to get a green card? The form I-485 doesn't
clearly state if he can or can't apply on a H2B.
Can anyone clarify this?
Thanks!

Yes. There are very few classifications that cannot adjust status.
Do be aware that it could raise the issue of intent - did he plan to adjust
status all along when he applied for the H-2B? For this reason, this
situation is one you might want to discuss with an immigration lawyer.
