Can H1B Open Restaurant?
Dear experts, I was wondering if a H1 visa holder can invest in a restaurant. If
he/she can, how limited his/her role should be?? Thanks in advance.

A passive investment. No other business rule is allowed, unless the person has the
proper work authorization for the particular business.
