Default Buenos Aires Immigrant Visa Experiences?

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone had any immigrant visa experiences to share with
regards to the Buenos Aires consulate. We're in the home stretch of bringing
my mother-in-law (petitioned for by her son) to the United States and I'm
trying to figure out what else awaits us and how long a wait to expect.
On Thursday, the NVC received her DS-230 Part I. What's the usual wait,
assuming everything's in order, for them to ship that off to Buenos Aires?
And, once that happens, what's the wait for her to get the final
paperwork/checklist that she needs to put together before getting an
interview?
I've seen a lot of fiance visa experiences posted re: Buenos Aires, but
none involving other immediate family members.
