B1 MARRIED TO USC....30/60/90 DAY RULE!
hey everyone,
i have been reading past posts here as i am preparing for my AOS
interview and i stumbled accoss the 30/60/90 days immigration rule and
now i am very worried as i came in on a B1 visa and was given 3 months
at the point of entry but married my usc husband 2 months later and it
was not planned, we just decided and went to the court got a licence
and married 2 days later with no witness.
we did the AOS filing a week later as we haerd about the the price
hike that would happen in july and now i am so scared as i don't know
if we are in trouble.
is anyone in or was in the same situation that can help with ideas?
