B1/B2 question
Hi,
I have my own business in Dublin and want to travel to New York City
with my girlfriend for 1 year, she is a nurse and will easily be able
to get a visa sponsored job in a top New York
hospital. I want to travel with her and run my business remotely from
New York maybe returning to Dublin 2 or 3 times over the year for a
month at a time to check up on things. I don't need employment in the
US i just need a visa that will allow me come and go for a year.
Can i keep coming back and fourth on the Visa Waiver Program or should
i go for a B1 or B2 Visa?
I have 2 brothers who are American Citizens which might help. I have a
business in Dublin and own property so that will prove that i plan to
return to Dublin.
What should i do?
Any advice would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Dave

It takes most nurses around 2 year to get there...
with a green card ..
If you are married to here you will receive a green card as well ...

You should get a visit visa then.

if visit visa is multiple entry type, either way would work for your
situation since you want to come and go.

Mentioning about USC brothers might jeopardise your visa application.
You will be asked whether you want to stay in US.
